Any extension requires separate notice to and approval from the Company.<\/p>\n <p>4. <span class=\"strong\">Handover<\/span>: Rental products will be handed over in person at the designated location on the day. In case of delivery, handover is deemed completed upon delivery.<\/p>\n <p>5. <span class=\"strong\">Return<\/span>: Users shall return the products promptly after the rental period ends to a location designated by the Company. Refer to the \"Information Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions\" for details.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">Article 7 (Cancellation, Return, Termination)<\/div>\n <div class=\"clause-content\">\n <p>1. <span class=\"strong\">Rental Cancellation<\/span><br>\n - Free of charge until 17:00, 15 days before the rental start date.<br>\n - Day before or day of rental start: 100% of order amount.<\/p>\n <p>2. <span class=\"strong\">Return of Purchased Products<\/span><br>\n - If unopened and unused, returns accepted within 7 days of receipt (return shipping cost borne by User).<br>\n - For initial defects or quality issues, contact us within 3 days of receipt for free replacement or full refund.<\/p>\n <p>3. <span class=\"strong\">Termination During Rental<\/span>: No refund for the remaining period. The security deposit will be refunded after the product is returned and confirmation of no damage.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">Article 8 (Security Deposit)<\/div>\n <div class=\"clause-content\">\n <p>1. Upon using the rental service, the User shall pay a security deposit of 10,000 JPY (tax included) per unit.<\/p>\n <p>2. The security deposit will be refunded in full after the product is safely returned and confirmation of no damage, loss, or prolonged delay.<\/p>\n <p>3. Mountain climbing, trekking, and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks. The products are merely assistive devices, and the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including physical injury or property loss) arising from the use of the products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.<\/p>\n <p>2. If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure (bad weather, traffic restrictions, disasters, etc.), the Company may cancel reservations and refund any amounts received in full, but shall bear no further compensation liability.<\/p>\n <p>3. The Company shall not be liable for any errors in the content of the Site, unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)<\/div>\n <div class=\"clause-content\">\n The Company shall handle Users' personal information appropriately in accordance with its \"Privacy Policy.\" Personal information will be used for purposes such as providing services, identity verification, communication, payment processing, and marketing. Mountain climbing, trekking, and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks. The products are merely assistive devices, and the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including physical injury or property loss) arising from the use of the products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.<\/p>\n <p>2. If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure (bad weather, traffic restrictions, disasters, etc.), the Company may cancel reservations and refund any amounts received in full, but shall bear no further compensation liability.<\/p>\n <p>3. In the case of permanent termination of the Services, the Company will announce it on the Site at least 30 days in advance.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <div class=\"section\">\n <div class=\"section-title\">Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)<\/div>\n <div class=\"clause-content\">\n These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
