■ Additional Fees (Beyond Product Price)
【Equipment Rental】 Free delivery within Fuji area. Security deposit (temporary hold) of 10,000 JPY per unit (tax included, based on on-site receipt).
【Equipment Purchase】 Flat domestic shipping fee 1,200 JPY (actual courier charge may vary). Cash-on-delivery fee 330 JPY (as charged by the courier).
※ Shipping costs may change in accordance with carrier adjustments.

Full prepayment at the time of reservation

Rental
On the reserved date at a designated location (for 2026: at Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station). Other locations will be communicated by email.

■ Returns, Cancellations, and Malfunction Handling
🔹 Equipment Rental Service
  • Cancellation: Free cancellation until 17:00, 15 days before the rental date. Cancellation on the day of use will incur 100% of the order amount.
  • Return conditions: Return the device at the designated location within the agreed rental period, without damage or deliberate destruction.
  • Malfunction: Natural failure → free replacement. Damage caused by user mishandling, impact, or negligence → customer bears repair cost equal to the market value of the device.
🔹 Equipment Purchase Service
  • Standard return: If unopened and unused, returns accepted within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping cost borne by customer.
  • Initial defect / quality issue: Contact us within 3 days of receipt → free replacement or full refund.

The exoskeleton assist devices and outdoor equipment sold/rented by our shop are assistive tools only.
We assume no legal responsibility for personal injury, accidents, or property loss caused by user error, sudden weather changes, road conditions, or any external factors.
In the event of force majeure (extreme weather, trail closures, natural disasters, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or pause the rental order, issue a full refund, and accept no additional liability.
