1. Rental Service: A service in which the Company rents out Products for a fee for a period designated by the User.

2. Sales Service: A service in which the User purchases Products.

3. Member: An individual or corporation who has registered as a member using the prescribed method on the Site and has been approved by the Company.

4. Order: An application for rental or purchase made by the User on the Site.

5. Use Contract: The contract for rental or purchase concluded between the Company and the User based on these Terms.

These Terms apply to all Users of the Services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual special provisions, the special provisions shall prevail.

1. Persons wishing to use the membership services shall complete the prescribed registration form on the Site, and registration will be completed upon approval by the Company.

2. If any registered information changes, the User shall promptly update it using the prescribed method.

3. The Company may refuse registration to those who have previously had membership revoked, those who have made false declarations, or those otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Company.

1. Reservation: Users shall make a reservation request on the Site by specifying the desired product, rental date and time, quantity, and pick‑up method (designated location at Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station or delivery).

2. Contract Formation: The rental contract is formed when the Company accepts the reservation and payment is completed.

3. Rental Period: The period from the start date to the end date specified by the User. Any extension requires separate notice to and approval from the Company.

4. Handover: Rental products will be handed over in person at the designated location on the day. In case of delivery, handover is deemed completed upon delivery.

5. Return: Users shall return the products promptly after the rental period ends to a location designated by the Company. Late returns will incur a separate late fee.

1. Order: Users shall place an order on the Site by specifying the product, quantity, and shipping address.

2. Contract Formation: The purchase contract is formed when the Company accepts the order and payment is completed.

3. Transfer of Ownership: Ownership of the product transfers to the User when the Company delivers the product to the carrier. Ownership does not transfer before payment of the price.

1. Payment Methods: Credit card (VISA/Mastercard/JCB/AMEX), bank transfer, or PayPay (single payment only).

2. Payment Deadline
- Rental: Full prepayment at the time of reservation
- Sales (credit card): Immediate charge upon order confirmation
- Sales (bank transfer): Within 7 days after order placement

3. Additional Charges: Shipping fees, COD fees, and security deposit (for rental only) may apply separately. Refer to the "Information Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" for details.

1. Rental Cancellation
- Free of charge until 17:00, 15 days before the rental start date.
- Day before or day of rental start: 100% of order amount.

2. Return of Purchased Products
- If unopened and unused, returns accepted within 7 days of receipt (return shipping cost borne by User).
- For initial defects or quality issues, contact us within 3 days of receipt for free replacement or full refund.

3. Termination During Rental: No refund for the remaining period. The security deposit will be refunded after the product is returned and confirmation of no damage.

1. Upon using the rental service, the User shall pay a security deposit of 10,000 JPY (tax included) per unit.

2. The security deposit will be refunded in full after the product is safely returned and confirmation of no damage, loss, or prolonged delay.

3. In case of damage, loss, or delay, the actual cost will be deducted from the security deposit, and any shortfall may be separately claimed.

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Violation of laws or these Terms.
• Infringement of the Company's or any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy, etc.
• Modifying, disassembling, transferring, or re‑leasing the products.
• Unauthorized access to the Company's servers.
• Impersonating another User.
• Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company.

1. Mountain climbing, trekking, and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks. The products are merely assistive devices, and the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including physical injury or property loss) arising from the use of the products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

2. If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure (bad weather, traffic restrictions, disasters, etc.), the Company may cancel reservations and refund any amounts received in full, but shall bear no further compensation liability.

3. The Company shall not be liable for any errors in the content of the Site, unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The Company shall handle Users' personal information appropriately in accordance with its "Privacy Policy." Personal information will be used for purposes such as providing services, identity verification, communication, payment processing, and marketing. For details, please refer to the separate Privacy Policy.

The Company may change or temporarily suspend the content of the Services without prior notice to Users. In the case of permanent termination of the Services, the Company will announce it on the Site at least 30 days in advance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fuji Sanroku Summary Court or the Kofu District Court as the court of first instance, depending on the amount in controversy.

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary due to changes in laws or business needs. Revisions will be posted on the Site and become effective 7 days after posting.
